Contract services
By means of having over 10,000m² of test floors and a pilot-sized diversified equipment park, the CTP is quite capable of meeting the needs of contract services. Consignments of materials ranging from several hundreds of kilos to several tons can be handled depending on the treatments to be carried out.
Our services range from coarse crushing to fine grinding with the possibility of grading the materials through screening (vibrating screen, flip flow, sieve shaker) or classification (dynamic separator, sieve bend, spiral classifier, hydrocycloning). We instigate physical separations between intrinsically different constituents, and we can carry out drying or thermal treatment services at over 1,000°C.
Deliveries are by lorry to our Tournai operations site where we carry out loading and unloading (availability of forklift trucks and overhead cranes). The consignments are preferably packed into casks or big bags mounted on palettes and identically repacked.
