C-GROUT
Pre-treatment of waste and by-products of mineral origin, with the aim of their integration in formulations of materials primarily earmarked for offshore windfarms.
The project involves the development of grout or complex mixtures for low-, high- and ultra-high-performance concretes intended for the offshore sector, and which will stand out from those of their competitors owing to the fact that they incorporate pretreated secondary mineral materials (waste and industrial by-products) in their compositions.
Within C-GROUT, the CTP will provide its expertise in the domains of the treatment and the recycling of secondary mineral materials for their inclusion in the formulations of mixtures for the offshore sector, without it negatively impacting their performances in terms of rheology, mechanical strength, anti-washout behaviour, chemical resistance, etc.
