REGENERATIon of past metallurgical Sites and deposits through innovative circularity for raw materials
The project NWE-REGENERATIS (Interreg North-West Europe), coordinated by SPAQUE, has the goal of demonstrating that resources (metal, materials and land) can be salvaged from former metallurgical sites and deposits (FMSD) through the techniques of urban mining. The CTP’s involvement in the project essentially consists of assessing the potential recovery of metals through the techniques of mineral processing applied to 3 metallurgical sites in Belgium, France and the United Kingdom.
