APEROFIN

The project goal was to develop treatment procedures for the fines recovered from the washing of recycled aggregates, in order to upcycle them in the road sector.

The materials to be upcycled were recovered from a washing process which is developed at laboratory and pilot level by the CTP. Before being able to be used in road engineering, these materials, likely to contain pollutants, had to be analysed and subjected to stabilisation in order to guarantee their performances in keeping with their use and respecting environmental criteria.
