Through the Studies and Tests service, we develop processing and valorisation flowsheets regarding your materials which are approved through a series of tests, either at laboratory or pilot scale. Our practical approach enables us to develop viable economic solutions.
Our analytical service can make use of various laboratories (mineral chemistry, microscopy, physical and material characterisation) which have at their disposal the most recent cutting-edge equipment and facilities.
We handle materials ranging from mineral origin (ores, slags, soils and sludges, dusts, etc.) to technological materials (plastics, composites, electronic waste) or even liquids (electrolysis and galvanising baths, etc.). Each day we are meeting the challenges of speed of performance and an impeccable analytical quality.
Our exceptional range of pilot equipment enables us to meet the demands of processing batches of material ranging from a few hundred kilos to several tonnes.
The fragmentation, separation and heat treatment loops installed in our halls (> 9,000 m²) can operate in batch or continuous mode at capacities of up to one tonne per hour.
Our experts in mineral processing, extractive metallurgy, geology and materials chemistry can provide consultancy services to support your project development. Our team is deployed internationally to audit, advise or support the start-up of mining plants or projects.
